What are your pickup hours?: Our pickup hours are 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
I'm new here. What time should I come to your auction?: The Repos and Tows start at 9:30 am and the Dealer sale starts at 10:00 am. Please be here 30 minutes prior to sign up for the auction.
Can I look at the units before the sale?: Yes you can! Our lot will remain open until 10pm on Wednesdays for dealers to preview units before the sale. Public buyers may preview units on Wednesdays from 9am-4pm on weeks when we have a Public Sale.

Do you charge an online fee?: Yes we do. We charge a $75 online fee if you purchase a car online. The fee will be added in addition to your other fees.
When do I need to pay for the units I purchased?: You are responsible for paying for any purchased units immediately after the sale. We accept all major floorplan companies, check, cash, and Vcheck.
